This is a fantastic club that provides children with a first experience of football.
Our PRe School football discovery sessions aim to engage childrens intertests in football, whilst developing their gross motor skills and social skills.
Football specific skills such as dribbling, shooting and kicking will be promoted throughout each session via fun games and challenges, as well as lots of running, jumping, throwing and catching. As well as developing children's gross motor skills, agility, balance and co-ordination that are required in all sports. Most importantly children are there to play and HAVE FUN.
Activities will be planned to hold childrens attentio for short periods of time, whilst allowing for some much needed free play.
Parents/Guardians are encouraged to join in with their children throughout the sessions, and actively encourage them to listen and maintain their focussed when asked, and anjoy their time playing together.
Higham Town FC is an established Grass Roots Football Club, with an established pathway from 5 to adults. Allowing children to progress from our PRe School sessions into Higham Towns youth structure as soon as they are old enough and confident to do so.
