Adult Dodgeball - Irthlingborough

Dodgeball is becoming one of the faster growing sports, with more people wanting to get involved.

Sessions will be delivered in a relaxed enviornment, with the key focus of getting/keeping fit and socialising as well as enjoying all that Dodgeball has to offer.

We welcome anyone to attend regardless of ability or experience within the sport. You will be supported with learning the rules etc.
