Participants will be required to wear sports clothing, remove jewellry and tie long hair back.
Please bring a water bottle.
This club has successfully been delivered in many schools, allowing opportunity for pupils to enhance their agility, balance, co-ordination and team work via a variety of fun indiidual and team challenges, games and activities.
