Futsal is a football-based game played on a hard court smaller than a football pitch, and mainly indoors.
It has similarities to five-a-side football and indoor football and promotes speed, passing and tactical awareness.
Futsal is great for improving individuals ball retention, tactical awareness, speed, agility and teamwork via quick combinations of passes as well as overall fitness.
All of which will also benefit players in more traditional games of football also.
So whether you are looking for fun and fitness come alone.
All abilities welcome, no experience needed. We will start with the basics and coach every individual to improve their skills.
