Futsal is a football-based game played on a hard court smaller than a football pitch, and mainly indoors.
It has similarities to five-a-side football and indoor football and promotes speed, passing and tactical awareness.
Futsal is great for improving individuals ball retention, tactical awareness, speed, agility and teamwork via quick combination of passes as well as overall fitness.
All of which will also greatly benefit players in more traditional games of football also.
So whether you are looking to improve, or just play for fun and fitness come along.
